- Source new opportunities in dental care and adjacent business in India and MENA region - Identify entry strategies (build, partner, buy) + M&A responsibilities - Drive the integration process post-acquisition - IR, fundraising, and company board function for acquired companies
- Own the P&L of CPG business including business, brand, and portfolio planning - Identify market entry strategies and execute launches - New Product/ Product Extension Planning, Development and Launch - Media Activation and Consumer promotion - Set up and drive processes for the category team
- Own the P&L of B2B business including business, brand, and portfolio planning - Identify market entry strategies and execute launches - New Product/ Product Extension Planning, Development and Launch - Demand Planning: Working with cross-functional teams for demand & forecast planning
- Shape the company's overall business strategy - Be extremely comfortable in ambiguity, open to taking up new challenges, and bringing them to structured solutions - Build new categories and expand the existing ones - Closely interface with product and business teams to identify gaps and build solutions - Convert ideas to prototypes and demonstrate them to the key partners. - Coordinate with the Leadership team to plan and deliver features on time. - Stay on top of the market and competition. - Define success KPIs and build highly efficient teams to drive user metrics to meet these KPIs
- Support founders in driving multiple high-value projects across functions - Proactively support founders in terms of investor relations on all corp dev matters - Develop key success metrics and communication approaches for initiatives and projects - Work closely with the founding team to identify key priorities for the organization and ensure effective solution implementation. - Develop a deep understanding of the industry, and identify opportunities to drive additional. - Oversee acquisition, divestiture, and joint venture projects, from sourcing to transaction execution, and support post-transaction activities - Manage the OKR (Objectives & Key Results) process for the organization – cadence, process changes, driving excellence
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Category and Sales to improve business metrics - Define, Scope, and Own program plans and the deliverables required for the program’s success - Prioritize projects, leveraging data to drive decisions - Establish excellent working relations with all internal and external partners with an emphasis on removing roadblocks for program success.
